Filing a takedown notice

Your written notice must include, per 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3):

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
3. The URL(s) of the material on remem you want removed the specific enough for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact, including your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact info, consent to jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was an error.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing material will be terminated. We keep a record of notices received and actions taken.
